We have a three story worm bin compliments of the Scully/Noah family. It's been active now at St. Anne's for over 4 years. Periodically we harvest the worm castings and urine from the bottom level. The kids love this, and we mix small quantities of it in water and then spread the fertilizer around the garden.
Recently I opened up the lid of the top story and discovered a full grown garlic flower! Kind of amazing considering there is no light available. I guess that's what rich soil can do!
